| If you hold your shares in book-entry form (no certificates), the easiest way to manage your beneficiary information online is on the Investor Center website. On the Summary page, select Manage Beneficiaries under What Would You Like To Do? and follow the instructions on the page. If you hold your shares in certificated form, you can access the necessary forms at the Transfer on Death website. | |
